Admission to any course at MGM College of Nursing & Paramedical is confirmed only after the candidate completes the admission process and submits the required fees along with necessary documents. Once the admission is confirmed, the seat is reserved for the candidate and the admission process is considered complete.
Students are advised to verify course eligibility, program details, fee structure, and institutional policies before making the payment.
The application fee, registration fee, and prospectus fee paid during the admission process are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. These charges are used for administrative processing, documentation, verification of eligibility, and maintenance of admission records.
If a student wishes to cancel their admission before the commencement of the academic session, the refund may be considered according to institutional policies and applicable guidelines issued by the concerned regulatory authority or university.
In such cases, the refund amount may be processed after deducting administrative charges, documentation charges, and other applicable processing fees.
If a student withdraws or cancels admission after the academic session has started or after attending classes, the fees paid towards tuition, admission, laboratory, or other institutional charges will not be refunded.
This is because the seat remains reserved and cannot be allotted to another candidate once the academic activities have begun.

If a refund is approved by the administration, the amount will generally be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during admission or through bank transfer to the registered bank account of the student or guardian.
